When you submit the diagnostic form, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email, company, role, team size, and a description of the process you want help with. We don't collect anything else through the form.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it's a fit, to scope and run a diagnostic. We don't sell it, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to a drip sequence.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and emailed to us. Spam protection uses a honeypot field and, where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA.
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that is cookieless and does not track or identify individual visitors — so this site sets no tracking cookies.
You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email hello@opsmith.co and we'll take care of it.
